System Engineer / Technical Support
Computer systems & equipment engineer
Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot computer equipment and related systems
- Work inside data centers, including racking and installing servers
- Receive incident reports and coordinate equipment replacement
- Coordinate between users and the engineering team
- Prepare monthly summary reports
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma (Por Wor Sor) or higher, age 18–40
- No experience required — we are happy to train
- Solid computer fundamentals (hardware and software) with a troubleshooting mindset
- Communicates well between users and the team
- A plus: configuring routers/switches, or installing OS and software on servers
Project Coordinator
Project coordination
Responsibilities
- Coordinate within the team and across departments for assigned projects, allocating responsibilities
- Coordinate with external parties such as contractors and suppliers
- Define project scope and timelines
- Prepare project plans and report progress to management and customers
- Control the budget and check quality through to delivery
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma (Por Wor Sor) or higher
- 1+ year of experience — fresh graduates and career changers welcome
- Basic knowledge of computer equipment
- Communicates well with customers; punctual
