• Processing lawful data requests from authorized officials, including verifying the identity of the requester.
• Contacting you back and reporting the outcome.
• Maintaining system security and preventing abnormal or unauthorized use.

Documents submitted through the form are encrypted at rest (AES-256) with access restricted to authorized staff only. We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and as required by applicable law.

4. Disclosure

We do not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing. Form submissions are forwarded to our operations team via email and the Company's internal notification systems for processing only, and may be disclosed to government authorities where legally required. Third-party services used on this website: Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection on the form), which processes technical data under its own provider policy.

Under the PDPA you have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, request correction, request deletion or restriction of use, object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee as provided by law.
